Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Once an order is placed, it will processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times within Canada takes 3-6 business days. For orders to the US, shipping takes 3-9 business days.

Canada

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $35

• $8 shipping fee for orders under $35

United States

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100

• $11 shipping fee for orders under $100

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Winck is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Our return policy is 60 days, no questions asked. You must be delighted with your new purchase - or you get your money back.

  

We work hard to make high quality products but your opinion matters most. If for any reason you want to return a purchase to us, please do so. We will exchange it or return your money promptly. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. To start a return, drop us a line at help@winck.co with your name and order number.
