Winck Back-to-School Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

Thanks for playing along. Here are the official rules for the Winck Back-to-School Giveaway (the "Contest"). By entering, you agree to these rules.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Mica Trading Inc ("Winck," "we," "us"), 1051 Homer St, Vancouver, BC, Canada.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Winck, and anyone connected to the administration of the Contest, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

The Contest runs across multiple creator giveaways during August 2026. Each participating creator's giveaway has its own start and end date/time, posted in that creator's giveaway post. Entries for each creator's giveaway must be received during that giveaway's stated entry window. All times are Pacific Time (PT).

4. How to Enter

To enter, comment the keyword shown in a participating creator's giveaway post. You'll receive an automated direct message with a link to the Winck entry page, where you provide your email address to complete your entry. One (1) entry per person per participating creator's giveaway.

Entry is completely free. No purchase is necessary. No-cost alternate method of entry: send an email to hello@winck.co with the subject line "Giveaway Entry," including your full name, mailing address, email address, and the name of the participating creator, to receive one entry into that creator's giveaway. Alternate entries must be received within that giveaway's entry window.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted outside the entry window will be void. Winck is not responsible for entries not received for any reason.

5. Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded per participating creator's giveaway. Up to 5 grand prizes will be awarded in total.

Each grand prize is one (1) Winck Back-to-School Kit, consisting of one bento box and one cutlery set in the winner's chosen colourway, plus one set of custom name labels. Approximate retail value: $100 per prize.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash equivalent or substitution, except by Winck (which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable).

Participation bonus (separate from the prize draw): everyone who completes a valid entry receives a one-time $10 CAD credit toward their first Winck order, subject to any terms stated at the time of issue.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each participating creator's giveaway.

7. Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Question

For each participating creator's giveaway, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during that giveaway's entry window, on or about the giveaway's end date.

Before being declared a winner and receiving a prize, each selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question:

(3 + 3) × 2 = ?

8. Winner Notification & Claim

Each selected entrant will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry. The selected entrant must respond, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and provide their prize preferences (colourway, name for labels) within five (5) days of notification. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond in time, fails the skill-testing question, or is found ineligible, they forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant may be selected, time permitting.

Prizes will be shipped to a valid Canadian address (excluding Quebec) provided by the winner, at no cost to the winner.

9. Privacy & Email Consent

By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from Winck. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We collect your information only to administer this Contest and, with your consent, to send you Winck emails. We do not sell your information. 10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, a winner consents to Winck using their first name and province for winner-announcement purposes, without further compensation.

11. General Conditions

Winck reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest if it cannot run as planned, including due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause outside our reasonable control. Winck's decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest. By entering, entrants release Winck and its partners from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of a prize.

12. Not Affiliated with Instagram / Meta

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants provide their information to Winck, not to Instagram or Meta.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
